§ 52:31-29 — Reduction or waiver of rental rate, utility charge or maintenance fee; application; grounds

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS

Upon application of an interested cabinet officer, the board may authorize a reasonable reduction or waiver of a rental rate, utility charge or maintenance fee for any of the following reasons:

(a)that residency in the State housing unit is a condition of employment;
(b)that the housing unit is located on institutional grounds; and (c) that the fair market rental value of the housing is substantially disproportionate to the salary of the employee. L.1983, c. 468, s. 7, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
