§ 52:31-26 — Annual survey and continuous inventory of housing units; notice to board of change in status of unit or occupant
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The board shall conduct an annual survey of all housing units and shall maintain an inventory of each unit, including such information as its agency, purpose or reason for acquisition, location, environmental setting, type of unit, size, facilities, physical condition, fair market value, rental rate, utility charges, maintenance fee, name of occupant and, if a State employee, job title, salary and whether occupancy is a mandatory condition of employment. Each agency shall notify the board within 15 days of any change in the status of a unit or occupant. L.1983, c. 468, s. 4, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
