Text
17.Upon the final adoption thereof, the authority shall submit the comprehensive plan for the conversion and revitalization of Fort Monmouth and the economic revitalization plan to the appropriate agency or agencies of the federal government. The authority shall also submit the plan to the Governor, to the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the clerks of the constituent municipalities, and to the clerk of Monmouth County. L.2006,c.16,s.17.
