New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
16.
a.The Commissioner of Human Services, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt rules and regulations necessary for the implementation of this act.
b.The Supreme Court may adopt Rules of Court for the implementation of this act. L.2005, c.37, s.16; amended 2012, c.17, s.430.
