§ 52:27G-12 — Cooperation and assistance from government agencies
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The office may request from any government agency, and said agency is hereby authorized and directed to provide, such cooperation and assistance, services and data as will enable the office properly to perform or exercise any of its functions, duties and powers under the provisions of this act. L.1977, c. 239, s. 12, eff. Sept. 29, 1977.
