a.The Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults shall charge each professional guardian an initial application fee and an annual registration fee. The initial application fee shall be in addition to the cost of a credit history report and child abuse registry and criminal history record background checks. Annual registration shall be made on forms furnished by the office and accompanied by the applicable fee, as established by the office. The initial application and annual registration fees shall not exceed $300. Such fees shall be retained by the office for the implementation of this act.
b.The Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults shall approve a vendor to provide initial training and continuing education courses biennially in accordance with procedures to be estab
