§ 52:27BBBB-13 — Liberal construction.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
15.P.L.2016, c.4 (C.52:27BBBB-1 et al.) shall be construed liberally to give effect to its intent that severe fiscal distress in municipalities in need of stabilization and recovery shall be addressed and corrected. L.2016, c.4, s.15.
