Text

As used in this chapter: "Department" means the State Purchasing Department. "Commissioner" means the State Purchase Commissioner. "Articles" mean and include any and all materials, supplies, furniture, equipment, printing, stationery, live stock and all other chattels, goods, wares and merchandise whatsoever. "Using agencies" mean and include all institutions, boards, commissioners and officers of the State receiving legislative appropriations, or grants of money from the United States of America or any agency or department thereof. Amended by L.1949, c. 69, p. 371, s. 1.
