§ 52:18-43 — Conditions for financial assistance from public entity.

2.Notwithstanding any law, rule, regulation, or order to the contrary, any business receiving any financial assistance for the cost of undertaking any redevelopment project, project involving remediation, or environmental infrastructure project pursuant to any contract with any public entity shall include in that contract, as a condition of the public entity's agreement thereto, provisions requiring that upon disbursement to the business, by or through that or any other public entity, of such financial assistance with respect to the project in an aggregate amount totaling $50 million or more: a.
