Except as provided by section 52:19-12 of this Title, State moneys deposited by the treasurer or to his credit, shall not be drawn upon except by written authorization by him or by his facsimile or machine impress signature as treasurer and countersigned by the State Comptroller or by his facsimile or machine impressed signature. Amended by L.1958, c. 86, p. 529, s. 1, eff. June 25, 1958; L.1978, c. 90, s. 1, eff. July 27, 1978.
