13.
a.All qualified organizations receiving moneys from the Cultural Trust pursuant to this act shall enter into an agreement with the board, which shall provide for monitoring the allocation and use of moneys to ensure that such moneys are held and used consistent with the purposes of this act.
b.As determined by the board, the qualified organizations in receipt of moneys from the Trust Fund shall report to the board on its activities, financial status, and use of the moneys disbursed to it by the board. L.2000,c.76,s.13.
