§ 52:16A-10 — Board of State Canvassers
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
There shall be in the Department of State the Board of State Canvassers, to be constituted as provided by law. The Board of State Canvassers shall have and exercise all of the functions, powers and duties conferred and imposed upon it by law. L.1948, c. 445, p. 1759, s. 10.
