§ 52:16A-35 — Commercial recording division; establishment
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
There is established in the Department of State a division which shall be known as the Division of Commercial Recording. L.1982, c. 150, s. 1, eff. Oct. 13, 1982.
