§ 52:16A-28 — Council as official agency of state
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The council shall be the official agency of this State to receive and disburse all funds made available to the State Government by the National Endowment for the Arts or by any successor agency. L.1966, c. 214, s. 4.
