§ 52:16A-24 — Effective date
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act shall take effect on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, except that any appointment, and any confirmation of any appointment, permitted by this act may be made prior to such date. L.1948, c. 445, p. 1762, s. 24.
