§ 52:16A-16 — Orders, rules and regulations of Secretary of State continued
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act shall not affect the orders, rules and regulations heretofore made or promulgated by the Secretary of State but such orders, rules and regulations shall continue with full force and effect until amended or repealed by the Secretary of State. L.1948, c. 445, p. 1760, s. 16.
