§ 52:16A-12 — Request officer, Secretary of State as
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Secretary of State shall be the request officer of the Department of State within the meaning of such term as defined in chapter one hundred twelve of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-four. L.1948, c. 445, p. 1760, s. 12.
