§ 52:16A-118 — Annual reports.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
7.The Division of the State Museum shall submit an annual report of its activities through the Department of State to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature on or before November 1 of each year. Such report shall contain at a minimum the annual financial statements of the museum for the fiscal year ending the preceding June 30. L.2015, c.81, s.7.
