§ 52:14E-9 — Payments from fund
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Payments out of the fund shall be made by the State Treasurer, upon certification by the council and warrant of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting. L.1972, c. 133, s. 9, eff. Aug. 17, 1972.
