§ 52:14E-10 — Additional and supplemental provisions
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The provisions of this act shall be deemed to be additional and supplemental to any existing authority to provide emergency relief and shall not be deemed to be in derogation of any such existing authority. L.1972, c. 133, s. 10, eff. Aug. 17, 1972.
