Text

The council shall meet at such times as may be necessary to fulfill the requirements set forth in this act, except that the Governor may at any time by issuing a declaration of an emergency convene the council. The concurrence of four members of the council shall be necessary to the validity of all acts of the council. L.1972, c. 133, s. 7, eff. Aug. 17, 1972.
