Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, and as hereinafter provided, any New Jersey Governmental unit is hereby authorized to participate, as either a sending agency or a receiving agency, in a program of government employee interchange with any other New Jersey Governmental unit, any Federal Governmental unit, or any State Governmental unit. L.1967, c. 77, s. 4, eff. May 31, 1967.
