§ 52:14-38 — Investments
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Governor, Comptroller of the Treasury and State Treasurer are hereby authorized and empowered to invest and to liquidate the sums credited to the post-war reserve account in the United States Government bonds. L.1944, c. 218, p. 758, s. 3.
