Text
The committee shall, not later than October 1, 1959 and annually thereafter, set the type and amount of the bonds of all State officers, now or hereafter required to be bonded pursuant to any law of this State, having due regard for the duties and responsibilities of said officers, for terms concurrent with their respective terms of office. Said officers shall, before entering upon the performance of their duties, give their official bonds in the amount fixed by the committee. L.1959, c. 39, p. 133, s. 2.
