Subject to the "Administrative Procedure Act" (P.L.1968, c. 410, C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the State Treasurer shall adopt all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate this act. L.1981, c. 385, s. 5, eff. Jan. 1, 1983.
