Text
Every officer, or person performing the functions of an officer, of any person required by this act to file any statement shall be under obligation to cause such person to file such statement within the time prescribed by this act. The obligation of any person to file any statement required by this act shall continue from day to day, and discontinuance of the activity out of which the obligation arises shall not relieve any person from the obligation to file any statement required for any period of time prior to such discontinuance.
