§ 52:13C-22 — 4 Report of benefits to recipients.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
1.
a.Each governmental affairs agent and lobbyist shall provide to each member of the Legislature, legislative staff, the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Governor's staff, or an officer or staff member of the Executive Branch who receives a benefit that is required to be reported to the commission pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1981, c.150 (C.52:13C-22.1), a full written and certified report describing the benefit, including a description of the benefit, the amount of the benefit, the date it was provided and to whom it was paid.
b.The reports shall be transmitted to the member of the Legislature, legislative staff, the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Governor's staff, or an officer or staff member of the Executive Branch by each governmental affairs agent or lobbyist no late
