§ 52:13C-30 — Willful falsification; fourth degree crime.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
13.Any person who knowingly and willfully falsifies all or any part of any statement, notice or report under this act shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. L.1971,c.183,s.13; amended 2004, c.27, s.21.
