Text
The commissioner shall issue and promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act, and may revise, repeal or amend said rules and regulations from time to time as the commissioner may deem necessary. Any rules and regulations issued and promulgated pursuant to this act shall be filed with the Secretary of State. L.1967, c. 79, s. 10, eff. May 31, 1967.
