It shall be unlawful for any person to deliver or cause to be delivered or to be started out for delivery any solid fuel without each lot in each separate compartment of any vehicle being accompanied by a weight certificate issued by a certified weighmaster duly designated to weigh solid fuel under the provisions of this chapter on which shall be distinctly expressed: a. In pounds the gross weight of the solid fuel and the vehicle in which it is contained.

b.In pounds the tare weight or the weight of the vehicle without load.
c.In pounds the net weight of the solid fuel.
d.The kind and size of the solid fuel.
e.The name and address of the purchaser.
f.The name and address of the seller.
g.The plate number of the vehicle as provided in section 51:8-5 of this title.
