§ 51:4-35 — Employment of specialists and experts
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
The superintendent may from time to time employ on a temporary basis such specialists and experts as he may deem necessary in carrying out the purposes of this act. Such employment shall not be subject to the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes. L.1968, c. 222, s. 13, approved July 30, 1968.
