§ 51:4-24 — Compliance with act required for lawful sale
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
It shall be unlawful for any dealer to sell, sell and deliver, offer or advertise for sale to consumers by the use of any media, building materials, in this State except in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.1968, c. 222, s. 2, approved July 30, 1968.
