Text

Every permitholder shall remit and pay to the commission in installments and at the same time and manner provided in section 46 of P.L.1940, c. 17 (C. 5:5-66) all moneys set aside in the special trust account for contributions and awards and horse breeding and promotion pursuant to section 46a.

(2)(c) and (d) thereof, section 46b.
(1)(b) and (2)(b) thereof, subsection f.
(1)(a)(iii) and (iv) and subsection f.
(2)(a) of section 7 of P.L.1971, c. 137 (C. 5:10-7), and subsection a.
(1)(c) and (d) and subsection b.
(1)of section 5 of P.L.1982, c. 201 (C. 5:5-98). All such special trust account moneys received by the commission shall be separately accounted for and paid into the State Treasury for deposit and maintenance by the State Treasurer in a special account entitled "New Jersey Horse Breeding
