§ 5:5-121 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
The commission shall promulgate and adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1985, c. 269, s. 12, eff. Nov. 5, 1985.
