§ 5:5-83 — Special running race meeting; law applicable
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
Except to the extent the provisions of this act are inconsistent therewith, the provisions of the act to which this is a supplement shall apply in their entirety to any special running race meeting and any special permit holder. L.1962, c. 17, s. 9.
