§ 5:5-78 — Photographic devices at finish line
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
Every track that operates running races under this act must be equipped with photographic devices for taking pictures at the finish line so as to determine the respective positions of the first three places of the contestants in a close race. L.1940, c. 17, p. 91, s.
