§ 5:5-65 — Minors
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
No holder of a permit shall knowingly permit any minor to be a patron of the pari-mutuel system of wagering conducted or supervised by it. L.1940, c. 17, p. 86, s. 45.
