§ 5:5-59 — Findings
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
At the conclusion of such hearing the commission shall within thirty days make its findings (such findings to be the basis of the revocation of the permit or other action taken by the commission). L.1940, c. 17, p. 84, s. 39.
