§ 5:5-57 — False testimony as perjury

New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
A person who, having been sworn or affirmed as a witness in any such proceeding, shall willfully give false testimony shall be guilty of perjury. L.1940, c. 17, p. 84, s. 37.
