§ 5:5-41 — Forfeiture of deposit
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
In the event of the failure of any permit holder to run horse races on the dates allotted by the commission through the fault or neglect of such permit holder, said sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) shall be forfeited to the account of said commission. L.1940, c. 17, p. 77, s. 21.
