§ 5:5-40 — Deduction from deposit of deficiency in payments
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
In the event such permit holder does not make all the payments due and payable hereunder, to the extent of such failure to pay, there shall be deducted from such ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) sufficient to pay any such deficiency. L.1940, c. 17, p. 77, s. 20.
