§ 5:5-182 — Distribution of remaining amounts.
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
15.All amounts remaining in exchange wagering accounts inactive or dormant for such period and under such conditions as established by regulation shall be distributed in accordance with the commission's rules and regulations. L.2011, c.15, s.15.
