§ 5:5-173 — Powers of commission.

a.The commission shall have full power to prescribe rules, regulations, and conditions under which exchange wagering may be conducted in this State, consistent with this act, P.L.2011, c.15 (C.5:5-168 et al.), including the manner in which exchange wagers may be accepted, the requirements for any person to participate in exchange wagering, and the reasonable approval of any and all agreements made pursuant to subsections b. and c. of section 4 of this act, P.L.2011, c.15 (C.5:5-171).
b.The commission shall have full power to prescribe rules, regulations and conditions under which the exchange wagering license is issued or renewed in this State, including requiring an annual audit of the exchange wagering licensee's books and records pertaining to exchange wagering, and to revoke, susp
