§ 5:5-154 — Licensing, registration of persons conducting wagering-related activities.
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
28.All persons engaged in conducting wagering-related activities at an off-track facility or through an account wagering system, whether employed directly by the licensee or by a person or entity conducting or operating the off-track wagering facility or account wagering system to an agreement with the licensee, shall be licensed or registered in accordance with such regulations as may be promulgated by the commission hereunder. All other employees at the off-track wagering facility or of account wagering system shall be licensed or registered in accordance with regulations of the commission.
