25.Sums wagered at an off-track wagering facility on races being transmitted to that off-track wagering facility from an out-of-State sending track and sums wagered through the account wagering system on races conducted by an out-of-State host track shall be subject to the takeout rate determined pursuant to section 24 of this act and the sums resulting from that takeout rate as applied to the parimutuel pool generated at the off-track wagering facility or through the account wagering system shall be distributed as follows, except money resulting from breakage on amounts wagered at the off-track wagering facility or through the account wagering system and from outstanding parimutuel ticket moneys issued at the off-track wagering facility shall be distributed as provided by subsection c. o
