§ 5:5-145 — Distribution of inactive, dormant accounts.
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
19.All amounts remaining in wagering accounts inactive or dormant for such period and under such conditions as established by regulation shall be paid 50% to the account wagering licensee and 50% to the New Jersey Racing Industry Special Fund. L.2001,c.199,s.19.
