§ 5:2A-6 — Restrictions on board members, employees, agents

a. No board member or employee shall be permitted to accept complimentaries or gratuities in any form from any licensee or applicant for licensure under this act or from any person or entity which is either licensed pursuant to the "Casino Control Act," P.L. 1977, c. 110 (C. 5:12-1 et seq.) or is an applicant for licensure pursuant to the "Casino Control Act," P.L. 1977, c. 110 (C. 5:12-1 et seq.), except as provided by regulations promulgated by the board. Those regulations may authorize the furnishing of lodging, meals and parking for board employees assigned to a particular exhibition, event, performance or contest. b. No board member or full-time employee shall be permitted to gamble in any establishment licensed pursuant to the "Casino Control Act," P.L. 1977, c. 110 (C. 5:12-1 et seq.). c. No board member, employee or agent shall act in his official capacity in any matter wherein he or his spouse, child, parent or sibling has a direct or indirect financial interest that might reasonably be expected to impair his objectivity or independence of judgment. d. No board member, employee or agent shall act in his official capacity in a matter concerning an applicant for licensure or a licensee who is the employer of a spouse, child, parent or sibling of the board employee or agent when the fact of the employment of the spouse, child, parent or sibling might reasonably be expected to impair the objectivity and independence of judgment of the board member, employee or agent. e.
