§ 5:2A-31 — Existing licenses
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
Nothing in this act shall affect the validity of any license heretofore issued to any person by the State Athletic Commissioner, but all persons holding such licenses shall in all other respects be subject to the provisions of this act. L. 1985, c. 83, s. 33.
