§ 5:2A-28 — No cash payments
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
No official or appointee of the board who receives compensation for the performance of duties at a boxing exhibition, event, performance or contest shall be paid in cash. Payment for those services shall be only by check issued by the board. L. 1985, c. 83, s. 28.
