The board shall adopt rules and regulations concerning the conduct of a study into the advisability of the use of thumbless gloves and the use of headgear in boxing events and shall report its findings to the Governor and the Legislature within 12 months after the appointment of all the members. P.L. 1985, c. 83, s. 25; amended by P.L. 1988, c. 20, s. 3.
